" Working on a painting is like dealing with your inner self." After a long pause, here is how I experienced while painting this project:
When there is an emotional obstacle came out, I need to work it out before I paint. These obstacles are also helped me moving into another level in my creative journey.

Among these numerous trials, decision-making is also impacted on me a lot. It is tricky to make a decision, especially an important one. Sometimes, I feel trapped before moving on a huge step. On the one hand, my perfectionism part accused me, and I may feel I was not enough. Then, I have somewhat postponed the decision. This obstacle, on the other hand, all lead me to see my inner part deeply as well as the whole picture of who am I. It helps me to redefine myself again and again, and then the answer through practice becoming clear and obvious. As an artist, we are like a two-edged sword, powerful and vulnerable. When we want to be powerful in our practice, we need to accept our vulnerable part first. Comforting our trauma and then we can naturally have newfound courage to move on doing whatever we want.
