After the Taiwan Annual 2019, a friend proposed that maybe I could develop on my rose petal project in rose Valley. I hesitated. What shall I do in Rose Valley without the chance of the artist residency program and the season of roses?
Later on, all these doubts have to turn into a determination: I need to know if there is a chance to commercialise my artwork. If I don't do it now, I might not do it later.
There were so many challenges on this trip, but I also met some great people to assist me to overcome each obstacle. That was the first time in my life step into a business mind, which means learning calculations, cost and figure out profits. As an artist, all the above-mentioned is not something so romantic, but an essential to achieve my goal.
Now, that plan is suspended due to Coronavirus pandemic spread in the EU, but I will never forget What I have learned there.
