Nature is full of charm and unpredictable. There is not a such copy-paste structure on each petal. Even it is on the same flower, the shape of a petal, the shape of the stem and the colour of each petal could be very different and unique due to the variety of sun, rain and the order inside the layer of a flower, which creates in all kind of possibility.
From my observation, some colour could be faded out by rain, but there are colours could be attached when it's in a wet condition. There is no formula, particularly the petal I pick up from the ground. These petals are all interesting and have its story.
